I have good news. I'm excited to say that my heart is still in sinus rhythm and I can tell a difference. I feel wonderful. I'M LIVIN' THE DREAM. Most of the steroids and cardioversion side effects seem to be wearing off. I breath better than I ever have. I am able to resume exercising and I'm so amazed by how much I'm able to do. It's the best feeling to be able to work hard and breath at the same time. I'm hoping to start jogging soon. I knew if I was patient and "served my time," as I jokingly call it, that I would finally feel the way I had planned and hoped for. I still have a lot of work to do, but I look back and realized I have climbed some pretty big mountains. I can't wait for spring so I can climb real mountains.

I have a lot energy. In fact, I have so much energy that I have been decluttering and organizing my house. I tackled my pantry and storage room. I get so much satisfaction from a clean and organized room.

I feel l still have work to do here on this earth. I hope and pray that I can be guided by Heavenly Father to accomplish the things I need to do. Not too quickly though. There are still more things I want to do. I am excited to spend more active quality time with my family and create new memories. I'm just getting started.
