After my dedicated weekly calls to Stanford I finally have a date to finish up my evaluation. My insurance has authorized the transplant and Stanford’s scheduler called and we will be going down in February. I’m not giving the actual dates on my blog because that is just silly to let people know when you will not be home.

I will be at Stanford for three days. While there I will have more tests done, meet with a social worker, attend a transplant class, attend a transplant clinic, and meet with members of the transplant team.

I was told I qualify for the transplant list and after the final evaluation they will place me on that list. Sadly, that process can take another 2-3 weeks before I will officially be placed on the list. I will even get an official letter. I'm almost there folks!

Here is the latest on us:

This guy is a rockstar. I’m beyond blessed with this one in my life. He helps out more than any guy I know. Levi’s been learning how to care for Zoe’s hair.

He’s learned how to wash and detangle.

What products to use and the order to apply them.

And lastly, styling her hair.

I’d say he did a fantastic job.

As you can probably guess, I've been busy making quilts and Zoe's been counting down the days until Christmas.

Thank you for your continued prayers, love and support.
